Shipping policy

At Western Naari, we strive to deliver your favorite ethnic and contemporary wear as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your package reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it is processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after dispatch.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the package will be handed over by the courier agent only after the full payment is collected.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination, and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

2. International Shipping

  • Payment: We do not offer COD for international orders. All international orders must be prepaid via credit card, debit card, or secure online payment.

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is 10–15 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Courier Partners: We use premium services like DHL Express and FedEx for international transit.

  • Customs & Import Duties: Please note that any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are borne by the customer at the time of delivery. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • Mode of Trade: International shipping is conducted on a CFR (Cost and Freight) basis.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, a Tracking ID will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.

  • You can track your parcel in real-time through our courier partner’s website.

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make two attempts to deliver the package at your doorstep.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts due to the recipient being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

5. Delays & Issues

  • While we aim for timely delivery, Western Naari is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us at westernnaari2023@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging.
