Refund policy

At Western Naari, we celebrate the modern woman’s style. We want you to love what you wear! If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. The "Fitting Room" Window

Standard Orders: We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Privi Members: Enjoy an extended 15-day window to decide on your purchase.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To ensure a smooth process, please ensure that:

The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
Customized Outfits: Items altered or customized to specific measurements are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Flash Sale" or "Clearance" are eligible for Exchange only (no refunds).

3. Easy Exchanges

Size or Design Change: Love the piece but need a different size? We offer one free exchange per order.
Design Swap: If you’d prefer a different design, we will issue a Western Naari Credit Note (valid for 6 months) once we receive your original item.
The "Perfect Fit" Bonus: Most of our garments include 2–3 inch margins for easy local adjustments, saving you the wait time of an exchange!

4. Refunds & Returns

Damaged/Defective Items: In the rare case of a defect, we provide a full refund to your original payment method. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind: For standard returns, you can choose:
1. Full Value Store Credit: A credit note valid for 6 months (No processing fee).
2. Refund to Bank: A refund to your original payment method (A nominal shipping/processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted).
Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the product passes our quality inspection.

5. Cancellations

Prepaid Orders: Can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.
COD Orders: Can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched.
